In the quiet town of Qornayel, surrounded by nature and far from the fast pace of big cities, a meaningful idea was born. Leaders Academy: an idea that would later grow into a space filled with learning, creativity, and opportunity for children and families alike.<\/p><\/div>

At the heart of this initiative stands Haifa Alloud Hilal, an ambitious mother who saw a gap many parents in Lebanon could relate to. Access to quality activities for children often meant long drives to major cities or even Beirut. For families living in the mountains, this was not always practical.<\/p><\/div>

What started as an idea quickly evolved into a growing hub that brings together technicians, artists, and coaches from across the region.
