In the quiet town of Qornayel, surrounded by nature and far from the fast pace of big cities, a meaningful idea was born. Leaders Academy: an idea that would later grow into a space filled with learning, creativity, and opportunity for children and families alike.
At the heart of this initiative stands Haifa Alloud Hilal, an ambitious mother who saw a gap many parents in Lebanon could relate to. Access to quality activities for children often meant long drives to major cities or even Beirut. For families living in the mountains, this was not always practical.
Instead of accepting this limitation, she chose to change it.

What started as an idea quickly evolved into a growing hub that brings together technicians, artists, and coaches from across the region. Each one contributes their expertise to create a diverse and enriching environment for students of different ages.

Leaders Academy and SPARTAN Strength Squad believe that calisthenics is a rapidly growing sport with tremendous opportunities for the next generation, and they are committed to nurturing talent from an early age, training children not only for fitness but also for future achievements, competitions, and personal growth.
